Our experience has shown that the use of recruitment services is not limited to large business, it is of equal value to
SME organisations and as such the costs of many agencies can be prohibitive for the smaller business. Our approach
is one of common sense and good business practice, we want to make our services available to all business types
regardless of size and finances.

We have a range of options available depending on the business size and the search requirements, we want to make
the process as easy as possible and with no hidden conditions or costs:

Small Business Options:

These options are available for business' of less than 25 employees based in the UK, (companies with larger
overseas parent companies, by neogotiation). Our rates under these conditions start from as little as 11%*, these
can be combined with options for spreading payments over a 6 to 9 month period. These options are negotiable and
we will consider the search parameters and company size prior to confirming an offer.

*All percentages are based upon the employees first year basic salary and do not include any benefits or bonuses, these terms can be altered.

Standard Rates:

Our standard rates are dependent on the candidates 1st year basic salary, up to and including £40,000 attracts a rate
of 20%*, over £40,000 the rate changes to 25%*.

Partnership Rates:

Many larger organisations have a preferred vendor list and this often includes recruitment services, we appreciate
that being on these lists opens up opportunities to secure ongoing business and as such we have special rates that
can be agreed under these conditions, for details of these options please contact us.

Recruitment Packages:

If you are faced with company growth and the need to employ larger numbers of people, the cost of such a
recruitment drive can be extremely expensive under 'normal' paramenters using recruitment services. For such
packages we can offer a totally different approach which can reduce costs by 50%.

We will put together a tailored proposal to include, Advertising (national and local), CV searches, CV review, initial
interviews and (if required) Psychometric testing. This will be offered at a fixed price rather than a percentage of
salaries. These packages are effective for searches of 25+ vacancies.
