Neill Ovenden BSc(Hons), MSEE - With a split background in Engineering
and Sales & Marketing, Neill has been at the very forefront of Engineering
Technology and Software solutions for over 20 years. Starting in Engineering
he was part of major product developments in Defence, Automotive and
Electronics sectors and was involved with strategic Test facility development
and management. Whilst in sales & marketing he has developed a customer
base that included all the major Automotive OEM's and major Defence &
Aerospace companies in the UK, his experience has covered a wide variety
of industries. Prior to setting up NDO Consultants, Neill worked in the
Industrial sector for machine health monitoring as Sales & Marketing
Director, working in the Power, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas and Electronics
Industries. Neill's sales & marketing experience has covered UK, Europe,
USA and the Far East, with both direct and indirect sales.

Started by Neill Ovenden, NDO Consultants Ltd has recently expanded its recruitment team due to a huge increase
in demand for its unique level of industrial experience and high level of customer service.

Doug Ovenden FFA, M.Inst.Mgt. - 40years experience of
Commercial/Programme Management and Business Development. Doug has
worked in every area of Business and Programme Management, having held
senior/executive posts in the Defence, Oil and Steel Industries. His
experience includes programme and financial management of major projects
covering a range from high tech weapon development to detailed construction
projects. He has worked in the UK and Europe developing business markets
for products and facilities and has also developed Private Finance Initiative
(PFI) solutions. During his long career he has devised and carried out training
in all aspects of Business, including Contract Law, Risk Analysis,
Estimating, Cost & Programme Control, Proposal Writing, Market
Development, Negotiation and Customer Interface. His expertise has been
used in both Public and Private Sectors. Retiring as Commercial Manager for
AWE Ltd two years ago he has been pleased to continue his career
developing NDO Consultants.
